"Other" positions are on hold until there is a need.

There was a call for GIS specific images to use on the website.

Discussed when the group wants to organize the first GIS User Group meeting.

  • Agreed to hype it up on GIS day and to hold it shortly after when students are on campus.
  • December 1st was thrown out as a possible date.

Discussed ArcGIS in ITCs

  • Need to find out who to contact (ITS Instructional Services, SSCM?) regarding:
    • What is installed (ArcGIS, Google Earth (PRO?), etc.)
    • What version(s) are installed.
      • There seems to be a few different versions of ArcGIS running around campus. Do we try to get them all to one or two versions?
    • What extensions, plugins, etc. need to be installed.
      • Does ArcGIS Online require things like Sliverlight, Flash, Adobe Air, etc.?
    • How to support it (updates, etc.)

There was no new information about the ITS Leadership Team's approval process.

There was no new information about the 3 TB storage approval process.

Since Adam is the point of contact (poc) for Virtual Campus access at the University, he will write up a support article for the website about how to get access, etc. He will work with Joe to create a web form for access requests in an effort to standardize and log the requests.
